For our client we are looking for experienced and motivated candidates for the following position based in Bačka Palanka:

Requirements:
• Must be experienced independent professional with formal education background
• Knowledge of business documentation and accounting basics
• Working experience in recruiting and personal administration
• At least 5 years of experience within similar position
• Knowledge of local labor and tax regulations
• Good knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of Italian language would be an advantage
Main responsibilities:
• Responsibility for HR and payroll administration
• Organizing employees and providing support on daily HR topics (shifts, holidays, vacations, practices)
• Creation and managing of personnel documentation (contracts, documents for health care, sick leave...)
• Coordinating recruitment and selection process according to the hiring plan
• Surveillance of working time
• Monitoring of legal regulations in the field of labor and labor relations
• Collection and processing of necessary data for payroll cycle same as other employees payments (refunds, business trips or similar)
• Coordination with external agency to ensure payroll processes and all other required documentation for financial statements and annual balance sheets
• Keeping an internal record of the incomes and outcomes
• Preparing and sending outgoing invoices
• Contact with suppliers, classification of supplier invoices
• Arranging vendor analytics cards
Candidate’s profile:
• Willingness for occasional business trips to Italy
• Very good organizational skills - detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines
• Flexible and independent person, able to coordinate multiple tasks in the same time to set priorities
• Persistent and proactive person with great problem-solving skills
