Administrator in Customer Service

 YOUR ROLE
  •      Receipt of orders from customers and other documents relating to sales and take steps to ensure that customer receive goods in time and in desired quantity; 
  •      Matching invoices and shipping documents as well as archiving them;
  •      Documents scanning and posting / dispatching;
  •      Assitance in preparing documentation for export;
 YOUR SKILLS
  •      University degreee will be an advantage;
  •      Advanced MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
  •      Work experience in operating systems (SAP – advantage)
  •      Good communication skills
  •      Deals effectively with high amount of workload
  •      The capacity to work well under pressure
  •      Proactive and able to meet deadlines;
  •      English language;
  •      Team-oriented;
  •      Positive attitude
An employment contract for a limited period of time (9 months).
