Opis
Our Client is a reputable global retail company and Adecco is looking for highly energetic and professional candidate to join their growing team in Belgrade and accelerate market adaptation to global stream at the position ofCountry Human Resources Manager
If you possess:
• University degree in human resources related educational field
• above 5 years of leading HR team in an international company and minimum 2 years of exposure to a global or regional HR environment
• Fluency in written and verbal English and Serbian is a must
• Deep understanding in Learning & Development, Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Labor Law
• Flexible thinking, creativity, and an innovative approach to arising business and HR issues
• Experience in cooperation with management locally and abroad
• Experience in implementing, monitoring, and reporting on specific HR policies and procedures to the HQ HR Functions leaders abroad
• C&B and payroll is not must, but basic knowledge will be an asset in the role
• You are an energetic, well organized leader who quickly adapt to the fast-changing circumstance
• Effective team builder and networker across the company, socially skilled
• Smart and motivated company ambassador and role model in spreading vision and values
• Confident communicator, with effective negotiation and presentation skills
• Able to create trusting and psychological security atmosphere for experimenting and innovative company culture
If you find exciting the following responsibilities:
• Managing local HR team and partially other regions representatives
• Customizing policies, procedures, guidelines etc. to a local culture and employees needs
• Day-to-day HR function support to Business Managers in their managerial activities and HR needs
• Legal and labor law advising and keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation,
• Taking care of talent acquisition and talent management accordingly
• Implementing HR processes such as salary review or appraisal process
• Management of employee relations issues, disciplinary and grievance including
• Cooperating with external authorities and services providers
