Opis
Responsibility:
  • Provide accurate and continual communications to internal and external customers regarding order fulfillment status and specifics as appropriate (customs clearance, transportation, invoicing, etc.)
  • Coordinate sales process by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Preparation of documentation for import/export of goods
  • Sort and store financial and non-financial documents/data  in electronic and hard copy form and reporting to accounting
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Analysis of potential savings as well as monitoring of the relevant supplier markets
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and events
Profile:
  • BSc/MSc Degree within Economic or Technical area
  • Proven experience in sales and logistics; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus; 
  • Affinity to chemical products, plastics and others will be considered  as advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving 
  • A team player with high level of dedication 
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
