Opis
Responsibilities:
  • Plans, schedules and monitors business unit daily workflow activities to ensure service levels are met
  • Responsible for developing a cross-divisional customer service strategy
  • Responsible for continuous improvements and process optimization as well as taking care about quality assurance
  • Follows prescribed policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines when making day-to-day decisions. Develops, maintains, and updates procedures.
  • Participation in defining and following the yearly budget and expenses
  • Defining, implementing and following the KPI’s
  • Carry out complex, decision-relevant analyzes of our customer data and derive fact-based recommendations for action
  • Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
  • Provides motivation, direction and leadership to team members
  • Provides training to new and existing colleagues regarding the business unit processes

Profile:
  • High School or University Degree Diploma
  • Several years of experience at the same or similar position
  • Experience in making strategic decisions
  • Organizational, innovative and analytical person
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of German language
  • Good knowledge of English language
