For one of our clients, Adecco is seeking qualified, professional and highly motivated candidate for:

HR Administrator

                                                                                                                 (Beograd, Šimanovci)

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration
  • In depth knowledge of Labor Law
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining an accurate personnel administration
  • Provides regular and accurate data entry of employees in the system and other relevant electronic systems
  • Preparation for payroll, daily input of working hours, absenteeism etc.
  • Prepares and executes the registration of employees in the PIO register and communication with relevant social and health insurance services
  • Provides support to employees regarding HR topics
  • Participates in the preparation of annexes to contracts, dismissals and monitoring the distribution of the same to employees

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to take initiative and act proactively
  • “Can-do” approach and willingness to take ownership
  • Comfortable to work in a fastmoving environment with high attention on details
