HR Administrator
Stara Pazova

Main responsibilities:
  • Time-sheet recording: attendance schedule monitoring, daily attendance / absence check of workers, overtime monitoring and related authorizations
  • Support in administrative practice management such as distribution and signature collection of  employment contracts, renewals, terminations, pay slips, training monitoring, medical checks
  • Support in managing contracts
  • Contact person for communications from and towards workers
  • General secretarial activities (receptionist, visitors receiving, various commissions, scans / photocopies for employment consultant / accountant)
  • Various statistics
  • Language support / translations

Requirements:
  •   Gained at least 1 year of experience in the human resources sector
  •   Higher diploma,  accounting diploma is preferred
  •   Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  •   Good Italian knowledge
