Our client is a multinational company. For its representative office in Belgrade, Adecco is looking for dynamic and responsible candidates for the position of:

                                                                                      Office Assistant

  • At least one year of experience on similar position
  • Fluency in English
  • PC literacy (especially MS Office)

Main responsibilities:
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office
  • Time/diary management
  • Dealing with post and e-mail correspondence
  • Providing information to supervisors and co-workers  by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
  • Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences
  • Providing full administrative and office support
  • Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
