Our Client is a successful multinational petroleum company. In order to support their business on Serbian market, Adecco is searching for a qualified and motivated candidates for the following position based in Belgrade:

Required qualifications:
  •   Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  •   Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  •   English proficiency

Main responsibilities:
  •   Providing full administrative and office support
  •   Business communication and correspondence
  •   Schedule appointments, manage calendars
  •   Creating, processing and archiving business documentation
  •   Managing and control of contracts
  •   Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for distribution
  •   Support in organizing business trips (air ticket, accommodation etc.) when needed
  •   Scheduling and providing logistic support for meetings
  •   Attending some meetings, writing minutes and reports afterwards
  •   Manages day-to-day issues and ensures appropriate working office environment
  •   Reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
  •   Additional daily duties per request
