For our Client, a successful international company, Adecco is searching for motivated and qualified candidates for the following position based in Sarajevo:

Office Secretary

  • University degree (construction company experience is a plus but not obligatory) 
  • At least five years of experience as a Secretary or Office Assistant or Director’s personal assistant
  • Advanced English knowledge (both written and spoken)
  • PC literacy (especially MS Office)

Main responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office
  • Time/diary management
  • Dealing with post and e-mail correspondence
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
  • Providing information to supervisors and co-workers  by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
  • Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences
  • Assisting with organizing events 
  • Organizing business trips (air ticket, accommodation etc.), schedule meetings, prepare arrangements for various events
  • Providing full administrative and office support
  • Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
