Operation Support Agent


Requirements:

     Excellent knowledge of English language, both spoken and written (fluent)
     Excellent with technology in general (used to working on different platforms)
     Experience in data entry or analytics will be considered as an advantage 
     Able to work in Western Standard Time or Eastern Standard Time


Main responsibilities:

     Use internal Flock tool to identify locations that need utilities marked
     Depending on the state the locations are in, visit relevant site/reference to see process for submitting utility locate requests (may be via a phone call, may be via an online submission)
     Record 811 tickets in Salesforce
     Respond to calls from locators while being checked
     Managing current inventory on hand for each technician
     Review in-take queue of new work to be scheduled
     Using tool, create all the Work Order required
     Dispatch each Work Order
