Opis
Our Client is a trusted, and fast-growing broadband and digital business market player and Adecco is looking for knowledgeable and leaderlike candidate to join their growing team in Belgrade and contribute to HR team development and people satisfaction on the position of People Services Team Manager in Belgrade

We are looking for HR professional keen on:
•    providing leadership to the team in delivering all employee end to end lifecycle processes and documentation
•    guiding the team in providing a high level of service to all stakeholders
•    at all times ensuring records and processes meet both best practice and any compliance requirements
•    ensuring that relevant people processes are documented in agreed layout and maintained up to date
•    identifying and implementing opportunities to improve people team policy, processes, or template documentation
•    leading the team in improving efficiency, accuracy, and our customers’ experience 
•    overseeing projects requirements such as annual pay review, bonus payments, data audits 
•    providing oversight and direction to the team members
•    leading employees to meet the stakeholders’ expectations for productivity and quality
•    coaching, mentoring and developing team members, including overseeing new employee onboarding and assisting with career development planning and opportunities
•    assisting team with performance management and development process to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning
•    consciously creating a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's and that emphasizes the mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization.

To successfully accomplish in this role, you need: 
•    Bachelor’s degree preferably in legal, economics or business administration field
•    relevant HR trainings or certifications are plus
•    relevant experience in HR administration, legal compliance, payroll etc.
•    minimum 1 year of leading the team in the relevant area
•    experience of using HR databases 
•    flexibility to manage and put the structure in a changeable start-up like environment that follows company growth and development
•    strong organizational skills, to proactively manage the delivery of sometimes competing deadlines requiring input/data from multiples sources
•    data-driven approach and ability to utilize great attention to details and strong analytical skills
•    strong customer focus as genuine commitment to providing the best customer experience
•    ability to manage a team
•    strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken English language skills
•    MS Office skills are must while additional data processing and HR software skills are fairly helpful.
