Our client is the leader in automotive seating with unmatched global reach and scale.  Due to their business expansion on Serbian market, Adecco is seeking motivated and proactive candidates for the following position based in Loznica:
Production Supervisor

Job objective - Support the Manager of Production Department in terms of realization of manufacturing plans, implement standardized, systematic and sustainable way of manufacturing and ensure quality of the product during its manufacturing

Required qualifications and skills:
     Higher education degree, Technical or textile field  
     Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar or same position 
     Knowledge and experience with / of 'Lean' Manufacturing, Kaizen (continuous improvement and 'problem solving'), APQP, problem solving, Poka Yoke process improvement techniques; sewing
     Advanced knowledge of English language
     PC literacy 

Key Accountabilities:
     Monitor ongoing work to ensure that objectives are met within the predicted time frame 
     Receive long-term and detailed plan for Trim Department from the Production Coordinator (planner) and appropriately coordinate with all working positions (manufacturing support) in order to realize the manufacturing plan
     Perform allocation of resources/skills in order to realize the plan within the defined timeframe and in accordance with the quality specifications
     Support the engineering sector in implementation of appropriate changes in defining the cells layout and the machines positions
     Consistently follow the processes for which he/she is competent and which are defined by the engineering sector
     Suggest improvement of work processes by constantly looking for solutions to ensure the best results in terms of productivity and ensuring compliance with processes, procedures, operating instructions and work instructions
     Perform all administrative operations arising from the workplace. Write daily work reports, data entry into appropriate information systems according to the internal policies of the company
     Responsible to define areas where working operation is not adequately defined in the process and make official request to the Engineering Department for introduction of new processes 
     In accordance with the needs for introducing new manufacturing processes, coordinate and define needs for training the employees 
     In principle, promote high standards of conduct through a personal example and appropriately ensure that all team members understand the standards and behaviors that are expected of them
     Motivate his team in order to create a high performance culture, where improvement suggestions are acceptable and welcome.
     Monitor performance each team member and give appropriate guidance and feedback where necessary
     Plan and implement appropriate trainings and development programs for employees in his team
     Ensure that direct managers (team leaders) appropriately implement the employee rotation program
     Apply all work procedures required to perform the work activities for this job
