Our client, Beko Balkans d.o.o., is a respected international company, one of the leading market brand of domestic appliance and consumer electronics. Due to support their business activities on Balkan Area, we are seeking motivated and proactive candidates being responsible for the following position:
Sales Manager

Key Accountabilities:

     Identify new business and sales opportunities by recognizing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
     Develop the market and create new business through distribution channel and visit local distributor 
     Establish new, and maintain existing, relationships with customers
     Initiation, organization and attending meetings with potential clients
     Close sales by agreeing terms and conditions and ensure favorable terms
     Identifies service improvements or new products based on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
     Maintain the high quality and professional image of the company in all communications and dealings with clients and prospects
     Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the market
     Monitor and evaluate the activities and service offerings of the competition
     Developing annual business plan for sales, marketing and promotion in conjunction with Sales Manager
     Monitor of budget performance, provide with comments to the deviations, propose and implement actions
     Provide timely and accurate feedbacks and reports to the Sales Manager and HQ

Required qualifications and skills:

     High school/University degree diploma 
     At least 3 years of B2B sales and business development experience 
     Proven track record of success driving revenue within same or similar industry 
     Regional experience would be an advantage
     Fluency in English and PC literacy
     Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
     Valid driving license and readiness for frequent travel
