Technical Sales Representative

Opis

Our client, Europe's leading manufacturer of roof systems is a one-stop provider of wide-ranging consultancy service plus all materials for waterproofing, insulating and planting a roof. This owner-managed company for over 155 years, supplies the waterproofing materials for one in every five flat roofs and above-rafter thermal insulation systems, giving the planners, developers and roofing contractors confidence that they are making the best decision. 
Due to support their business expansion on Serbian market, we are seeking motivated and proactive candidates being responsible for the following position:

Required qualifications and skills:
University degree, Civil Engineering or similar would be advantage 
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in dealing with construction products 
Good understanding of the building industry on assigned territory  
Fluency in English
PC literacy 
Knowledge of ACAD would be an advantage 
Valid driving license

Key Accountabilities:
Develops the sales network in the territory of Serbia 
Identifies and addresses potential customers on the market 
Counselling relevant partners on the market (architects, planners and commercial builders)
Handling and improving business relationships as well as acquisition of new projects and customers 
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
Presenting the products and creating presentations to relevant partners
In charge for planning and realization of sales activities and for achieving targets
Responsible for customer satisfaction and profit maximization for the company 
Cooperation with product innovation and projects 
Responsible for budget achievement within own territory and setting annual business plans 
In charge for providing technical consultancy and support to customers 
Monitoring market development and competitive activities
Actively promoting product range and service through seminars, promotions, presentations, exhibition
