Opis
Adecco’s client is a financial institution focused on supporting corporate and individual clients in achieving their business banking needs. On their behalf, we are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Support Agent (English language) in Belgrade.

Responsibilities:
· Managing customer service inquiries utilizing various communication channels (zoom, email, skype, telegram, chat support);
· Providing accurate, valid, and complete information;
· Ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical expertise.

Requirements:
· Diploma in an economic profession is highly preferred;
· Excellent verbal and written English language skills;
· Proficiency in MS Office;
· Excellent customer support skills, including active listening and effective communication;
· Analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and escalate issues when necessary;
· Tech-savvy mindset with a continuous desire to improve and learn.
