For our client, an innovative employer and jobs platform, Adecco is searching for proactive and motivated candidates for the following position:
Delivery Specialist – Bulgarian Language
(Remote)
Requirements:
  • Experience within similar customer care or account management roles (1+ years);
  • Proficiency in Bulgarian language;
  • Proficiency SAP is strong additional asset;
  • Experience in the media, marketing agency, web or job portals would be a plus;
  • Basic design skills (Canva);

Main responsibilities:
  • Responsible for back-office operations in the Bulgarian market;
  • Administrative work through a back-office application;
  • Communication with users;
  • Reviewing comments on the platform;
  • Daily communication with clients (HR of tech companies) regarding back-office processes and sales support;
  • Working on content for client’s company profiles together with the client;
  • Preparing, text formatting, and publishing job ads;
  • Monitoring job ad performance and preparing reports;
  • Supporting Marketing team with preparing content for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram);
  • Working with Delivery, Marketing and Sales team;
