For our Client, Valvoline, a leader in engine oil technology, we are looking for highly motivated candidates for the following position:
Human Resources Administrator

Preferred Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources;
  • Experience in supporting a payroll in Serbia;
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills and software knowledge;
  • Good knowledge of English language skills both verbally as written, additional languages are a plus;
  • An incredible sense of professional discretion, confidentiality and integrity;
  • A proven ability to organize priorities and work under pressure but continuing to pay attention to detail;

  • fully responsible for maintaining an accurate personnel administration.
  • Preparation the payroll in for Serbia. With the support of our payroll provider, you coordinate and prepare the payroll for payment approval and payment.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, such as HR2U (global HRIS), various portals of 3rd party providers.
  • Reporting or validating reports for our global organization, Finance, Tax, or for local compliance purposes.
  • Providing advice and information to employees on policies and procedures
  • Recruitment process by scheduling interviews, maintaining contact with candidates, etc
  • Ability to organize tasks by priority
  • Ability to communicate in assertive manner
  • Attention to details
  • excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
