LUXOFT DOO – Senior QA with Lead Experience- Citigroup

This is position in the company Luxoft,  looking for new motivated candidates for their client Citigroup on the position of Senior QA with Lead Experience. Citigroup’s main project is building the platform, which supports client onboarding in global financial institution. This platform includes processing of onboarding requests as they flow from Clients to Sales to Operations and to downstream processing functions. Due to expansion of their team in Belgrade, Adecco is looking for proactive candidates to join their team on position of:

 

Required qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of test design;
• Good problem investigation skills;
• Knowledge of software testing principles and concepts;
• Experience in business processes development and optimization (in IT or related fields)
• Experience of leading manual and test automation QAs/QA teams - 1.5+ years is an advantage
• Experience in development of complex systems in areas like radio engineering, automatic process control system, mechanical engineering is an advantage
• Bachelor’s/magister's degree in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) is an advantage
• Banking domain is an advantage
• ISTQB Certification (foundation level) is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Lead software testing activities
• Perform functional, regression and performance testing
• Understand and clarify requirements for future test cases
• Design and execute test plans/test cases for manual and automated testing
• Estimate the time needed for test activities
• Identify functional and non-functional requirements
• Maintain the regression test pack up to date
• Clearly describe found defects
• Cooperate closely with developers on different stages of the project
• Support demos for business stakeholders and ensure software meets their requirements
