Medical Representative (South-East Serbia)

Adecco’s client is a pharmaceutical company with a long-term presence on the Serbian market. Due to its expansion and launch of new products, we’re searching a Medical Representative (South-East Serbia).

As a member of a Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders, and for promoting high quality products and services within a specified region of the country.

Responsibilities include:
•    Promoting company products by regular visits to health care professionals – medical doctors and pharmacists;
•    Working with existing customers and finding new potential clients on assigned territory;
•    Making presentations to medical professionals in hospitals and pharmacies and organizing regional events;
•    Developing and maintaining good relationships with key opinion leaders;
•    Developing work plans in coordination with Business Manager for Western Balkan countries;
•    Monitoring the market and competition and active participation in making action plans and activities;
•    Participating in professional meetings;
•    Making weekly and quarter reports. The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
•    Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Stomatology;
•    At least a year of work experience as a Medical Representative;
•    English language proficiency (written and spoken);
•    Proficiency in various computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
•    Valid B-category driver’s license, with a clean record and willingness to travel;
•    Good communicator, energetic and flexible;
•    Ambitious and proactive in seeking opportunities;
•    Self-driven, passionate performer and eager to learn and develop;
•    Self-motivated, skilled influencer and a high performer with a record of successful achievements.
