Our Client is EKO Serbia a.d, member of Hellenic Petroleum Group, which operates through a retail network of 55 petrol stations in Serbia under the EKO brand and plans to further expand, with the aim to offer top quality products and services.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Drafts procurement strategies and ensures their implementation is in line with the provisions of the procurement manual
  • Prepares tender documentation (RFQ preparation)
  • Tenders announcing / Offers unsealing / Financial bids evaluation / Presentation of the financial evaluation results
  • Prepares deep dive analysis of all bid elements in order to run facts base negotiations
  • Runs strategic negotiations with bidders about prices, quality, volumes, lead times, contract and payment terms, framework agreements and related
  • Award approval drafting/ Notifying bidders on tender outcome/ Contract & purchase order drafting and signing
  • Conducting weekly / monthly / quarterly reports
  • Takes  care of the implementation of the Group Procurement Manual, deadlines and the budgetary requirements
  • Developing and maintaining the database of suppliers
  • Conducts market surveys and monitors the developments of the market under scope
  • Closely collaborates with and provides interpretation and support to business stakeholders, before and during before, during and after the supplier selection procedure

Qualifications and skills:
  • University degree in economics, engineering or similar field
  • 3 years of working experience in relevant field: Finance - Procurement
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong financial reporting skills
  • Expertise in using SAP, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point
