For our clients, Adecco is seeking qualified, professional and motivated candidates for the following position:
 
 
                                           Procurement Operation Analyst
Belgrade
 

Essential Responsibilities:
- The Procurement Operation Analyst provides support to project cost estimation at completion and executes all relevant procurement operations.
- Operationally manage purchase orders and AP invoices on assigned projects (Order 2 Pay) and place requisitions with associated steps:
  • Creates purchase requisitions and orders for all indirect material requests raised by the project and business operations team,
  • Obtain all relevant approvals
  • Book good receipts for all created purchase orders
  • Revise supplier invoices,
  • Resolves supplier payments issues
- Provide financial support, such as, but not limited to:
  • Update and manage cost forecast EAC (Time & Expenses) for Projects
  • Analyze variances between forecast & actuals
  • Prepare monthly reporting of forecasts and actuals
  • Upload monthly unifier
- Create monthly C&I Unifier portfolio Overview report
- Maintain, program and enhance digital tools (DCR, WF for PO requests, T&E etc.)
- Provide assessment for supplier claim negotiations
- Provide financial reporting KPI on project execution on demand from finance
- Complete Project quarterly liquidation process (intercompany invoicing)
- Support finance annual field operations liquidation rate calculation

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution, min. 2 years of work experience
- Advanced excel and VBA programming skills
- Oracle proficiency is a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues
- Ability to work within a Functional/Matrix Organization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on time
- Fluent English language skills mandatory

Desired Characteristics:
- Extensive knowledge of GE business operations
- Extensive knowledge of GE ERPs
