Sales Expert

Responsibilities:
  • Deeply understand and Insight the industry strategies, engage with customers about mid-term and long-term strategies and plans. Assist customers in digital transformation through top-level design consulting, guide and output customers' informatization construction blueprints and paths.
  • Understand the enterprise business strategies, insight into industry and customer development trends and business opportunities, participate in developing customers' strategic plans, ensure effective execution of the strategies.
  • Understand the industry and customer operation mechanism, insight into the customer's business plan and pain points, establish relationships with high-level and key customers. Serve customers, meet customer requirements and establish a good customer cooperation.
  • Understand the customer value ecosystem, identify customers' mainstream partners, continuously promote the capability improvement of the ecosystem through development, cultivation, support, and market management, and provide end-to-end solutions that meet customer requirements through partners. Identify customer circles, experts, partners, industry regulators, and industry associations, and build a good communication platform through various circle activities to promote the business.
  • Understand the customer trend and future development direction, define business priorities based on effective market insights, make marketing plans, improve the brand, and implement marketing activities, promote the generation of marketing activity leads and manage leads.

Requirements:
  • Wide variety of working experience and good knowledge in the enterprise business, such as Government Section, Finance industry, transportation industry, Education industry, Healthcare Industry, ISP etc.
  • Main product knowledge (datacom, storage, optical, and cloud) and scenario-based industry solutions
  • Work experience in the enterprise customers, Partners, famous system integrator or main venders is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and customer engagement skill.
  • Ability to engage with customers management team to identify customers’ challenges and provide the corresponding consultation to develop new business opportunities.
  • Native Serbian and fluent English-speaking skill are necessary.
  • Accept periodic or aperiodic business trips in order to support the key projects.
